LILONGWE (MaraviPost)—Preaching the word of God during the night of cross-over service conducted in Area 23 at Music Cross Road Tent in Malawi’s administrative capital Lilongwe during the wee hours of 1st January, 2015, the controversial but widely popular Malawian man of God, Prophet Austin Liabunya said God had told him that this year (2015) is the year of the ‘overflow.’

Reading Joel 2 Vs 23—24, the man of God said that the harvest of the people this year will ‘overflow’ giving a typical example that if say one was surviving the whole month with say K20,000; God will multiply it and this person may for example be getting K40,000, meaning that there is some sort of surplus. 

Joel 2 Vs 23—24, according to King James Bible

“23. Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

“24. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.”

Another General in the army of the Lord who accompanied the Prophet during the service, Apostle Kenneth Eagle, took turns in energetically preaching on the year of the ‘overflow’ by further reading on the same chapter but now from verses 25—27.

Joel 2 Vs 25—27

“25. And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

“26. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

“27. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

After the men of God preached for more than two hours, Prophet Liabunya then started making National Prophecies starting with the Nation MALAWI, then he went to the neighbouring ZAMBIA and finally, the man of God talked about ZIMBABWE.
