BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi require and need ‘’Factory Setting or Reset Button’’ if its people are ever going to enjoy the benefits of being citizens and non- political players to start enjoying the fruits of the nation.

Politicians are not better economists, they are good policy makers but not figures and planning.

Malawians can save this country if they go back to factory setting, the late and former President of Tanzania, Dr. John Pombe Magufuli exemplified it in his country.

Tanzania is now fast moving to the middle income country status with infrastructures as if are falling from heaven like Manna.

Without ‘’Reset or getting back to the Factory Setting’’ each and every government or president who comes, will use the existing applications of business as usual with existing corrupt formulas, tricks, lies, deception, distortion and self-enrichment.

Pioneer of Mindset Change Project, Bantu Saunders Jumah the Utopian, the Black Conscious Brand, says Malawi needs to go back to the factory settings, reset and start all over

He observed that Malawians were cheated with lies and propaganda for 58 years, only to believe now that the country was run on paparazzi and distortion.

Jumah says Malawi can emulate and do even more, it is a question of integrity, patriotism and courage saying it is hard and difficult to start all over again with leaders that are not patriotic, but it is very easy, doable, imminent and advisable to reset and switch to factory settings to run the country as a citizen and not a business person.

He says promise politicians made during the campaign trail, reduction prices of basic needs is now a nightmare.

The Pioneer says Malawians will be surprised to hear that Lake Malawi, Malombe, Chiuta, Chilwa, and Kazuni were long sold to the highest bidder, Mulanje, Nyika, Misuku hills, Zomba plateau and other mountains are no longer Republican property, saying Malawi was sold long ago to the highest bidder.

“Resources that were discovered at independence were sold long time ago, and those discovered now, are sold to the highest bidder, the reason Malawi remain the poorest and among corrupt nations on Earth,” says Jumah.

He observes that one political, alliance partners forming government does not mean only party loyalists must be appointed ministerial positions hence they can not be fired when caught in corruption and looting public funds.

Jumah added that ruling parties must consider hiring outsiders with the promise of delivering saying party loyalists are entangled into corruption and attached to tribe and region lines.
