LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The country’s Health rights campaigner has appealed to health authorities to ensure effective response on controlling cholera outbreak amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
The executive director of Malawi Health Equity Network-MHEN George Jobe told Maravi Post that Cholera also needs effective management since it is a deadly disease.
Jobe suggests that Cholera and Covid 19 can be controlled using similar preventive measures.
So far Blantyre has registered two Cholera cases during this rainy season, as authorities battle with the Covid 19 pandemic.
