DODOMA-(MaraviPost)-Tanzania President John Magufuli died on Wednesday, evening, March 17, 2021 of heart complications.
Tanzania Vice President Samia Sulhu Hassan announced the death of Magufuli on national TV.
Hassan disclosed that Magufuli was admitted in Dar Es Salaam hospital.
The late Magufuli was 61 as his death comes two weeks of speculation that he was hospitalized due to Covid-19 spike.
He was against any report of Covid-19 despite numerous cases in that country.
