BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Minister of Education who is also Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Machinga Central in the September 16, 2025 General Election, Bright Msaka is challenging the victory of Tulinje Muluzi as a parliamentarian for the area in the Supreme Court of Appeal.

Msaka who is also the country’s education Minister is challenging the elections results declared by the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) alongside Macdonald Makanjira.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of Appeal will hear the matter on March 5, 2025.
Msaka lost the parliamentary seat.
