Bullets confirms Zimbabwean defender Mujuru arrival

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The 2023 season Quadruple Champions, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have announced the arrival of the 26-year old centre-back Colin Mujuru from Zimbabwe.

Mujuru joined the Malawi champions on a three-year deal as a free agent.

He impressed head coach of the club,Kalisto Pasuwa during his two-week pre-season trials with the club.

According to FCB Nyasa Big Bullets media, the defender played for Highlanders FC,Herentals FC,ZPC Kariba, Harare City and Howmine FC in the Zimbabwean elite league and also played for South Africa’s National first division side, Cape Town Ubuntu for one year.

After signing, the defender said”I am happy for this opportunity in my career to play for the Malawi champions and I am here to continue making them champions. Honestly,the pre-season was tough the way it should be,but after pushing myself,I am really happy signing for this club.

“I am here to make my presence felt in this league and I’m going to help this team with everything that they’d need, but more importantly I will leave everything to coach because he knows where i’m supposed to give the team my experience and abilities”,

Head coach Kalisto Pasuwa expects a tough season than ever before hence the recruitment of new players to beef up his Arsenal.
