To Mr President Lazarus Chakwera and listen good;

In your speech at Kasungu Stadium on Friday, December 9, 2022, you eloquently told the world that it is the Cadets, Meaning Members of The Malawi Police Service who arrested and harassed Miss Chizuma.

Thanks for telling the world that Police is a political entity and that you have your own MCP police.

Now that you have established that it is the cadets who caused havoc or Myhem at the residence of Ms Martha Chizuma, why constituting a Commission of enquiry when you, with your biblical investigations skills have already established the truth.
Your hatrade towards Police is amazing.

Two ceremonial pass out parades at PTS Limbe took place without you but you had the audacity to spend tax payers’ money to go to Blantyre to open a Private Secondary School.

How many times have you been gracing the passout parades at MDF? Travelling all the way from Lilongwe just to grace the graduation of 20 Senior officers who underwent a mere leadership and Management Skills course at a newly established Defence College.

You are on record to have visited the MDF recruits
at the tactical training field in full millutary gear.

You invited military officials to state house for lunch not mentioning numerous vehicles you bought for various cadres there.

As I am talking now, Police officers are in abject poverty of uniform and fleet. Senior officers from police are pawpers.
Your pathological hatrade towards police, a constitutionally established organisation is seen from a far.
In case your speech writers live in Mars, the officers who effected the arrest of Ms Martha Chizuma are all from Area 30. Area 30 is infested with officers largely from Central Region and very few from Nothern Region. Officers from Southern Region are deemed cadets and were flushed out of Area 30 into remote stations, despite their superior academic and Professional qualifications.

Mr Chakwera,here are the officers who took part in arresting Martha chizuma. No. 3, 4, 8,18, & 23. All of them from Central region and you call them cadets?????

By the way MR. LOT Dzonzi should not be in he commission of Enquiry because the key suspect, Commissioner Muwanga had been his secretary for donkeys years.

Mr president its either people have discovered that you are mentally deficient and that they are fooling you or you are a tragedy waiting to burst.

By the way, if it was not for pressures from donor partners, you would have finished Martha. You hate her to the bone. You are a primary beneficiary of Malfeceance.

I doubt the Authenticity of your PhD Certificate on how you are handling state affairs two years in power now.
