LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-To maintain effective service to Malawians, CTS Courier, the transport company that was recognized as the best in the country in 2024, has announced a special training program for its employees that will begin in April this year.
CTS Managing Director, Jacqueline Bokosi, disclosed this in an interview with The Maravi Post on Saturday.
Bokosi stated that the initiative intends to equip staff members with essential skills to enhance customer service at all CTS locations, guaranteeing a trouble-free experience for individuals sending and receiving packages.
According to Bokosi, the decision to introduce training was made after receiving many complaints from customers about the difficulties they face when dropping off or collecting goods.
“People also complain about parcels getting lost, so to address this, we have implemented a modern digital system that will allow people to track their goods after they send them.
“This initiative will prevent the loss of goods and make it challenging for fraudsters to deceive them using fake receipts,” she explained.
According to Bokosi, the initiative will address customer concerns and enhance transparency and accountability.
Bokosi urged customers who have complaints to use official channels like the company’s website inbox or the suggestion boxes found at every CTS branch.
She emphasized that CTS employees who are found guilty of customer-related misconduct will face disciplinary action, which could include immediate dismissal.
She narrated that As part of its appreciation efforts, CTS will be rewarding loyal customers through its loyalty reward program.
Bokosi also disclosed that, the company will offer a specific reward to 100 loyal customers who have been using its services since 2021, provided that they send or receive up to 50 kilograms of goods for free at any CTS branch in Malawi.
CTS Courier’s recent initiatives prove that it is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction, which strengthens its standing as the premier transport and courier service provider in Malawi.
