BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-The Magistrate’s Court in Blantyre has set 13 April this year as the date it will deliver its ruling on whether Dutch national Win Akster has a case to answer.
Akster is accused of engaging in sexual acts with underage boys between 2019 and 2020 while he was working for the Timotheos Foundation as finance director.
Presiding Magistrate, Chied Resident Magistrate Paul Chiotcha made the directive after the State presented its final witness in the matter.
