LUSAKA-(MaraviPost)-A 28 year old Zambian police officer, Fred Mweene has killed himself by throwing himself into the river.
Mweene was recently acquitted by the Ndola Magistrate Court for allegedly defiling his eight-year-old daughter.
He was facing a charge of incest after his wife reported him to the police for allegedly defiling their daughter while bathing her.
On February 18, 2019, in Ndola, Mweene allegedly had carnal knowledge of the girl.
