Malawi Government says it supports school feeding programs in every primary school in the country.
This was revealed by Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Technology Vincent Ghambi during a tour organized by Foundation for Irrigation and Sustainable Development (FISD).
The tour was organized on order to appreciate the initiatives on school feeding programs that the organization is implementing in some schools in Dowa and Lilongwe.
The projects are being funded by European Union and Japanese Tobacco Institution.
Meanwhile Foundation for Irrigation and Sustainable Development (FISD) Program Director Kondwani Nanchukwa said the program has increased the number of learners in schools.
