Kamlepo Kalua optimistic of opposition’s grand electoral Alliance ahead 16 September polls

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-With just a few days to go before the polls, Kamlepo Kalua, a key figure in the opposition electoral alliance, has expressed optimism about the coalition’s prospects.

In an exclusive interview with MaraviPost, Kalua described the alliance between Democratic Progressive party (DPP) and the Northern parties as a beacon of hope for Malawi’s democratic future, likening it to political hygiene that will “clean up the political space” and offer Malawians a genuine alternative.

Our alliance will bring meaningful change and usher in a new era of democratic governance.”Kalua said.
