Nkwichi Lodge have some delightful news from their latest newsletter. As well as a tasty looking new menu, they’ve also been ranked at No. 1 in Harpers Bazar’s list of the 10 most romantic hotels in the world! For more details have a read of the highlights below.

According to Harper Bazaar magazine Nkwichi lodge is one of the most romantic hotels in the world.  Plus with the new Star Bed at Nkwichi not many people could dispute that fact. New Menu

Nkwichi has introduced a wonderful new menu to delight guests’ palates. The new menu comprises a balance of West African cuisine with a European influence. Supporting the local communities produce, and fresh delights from their own training farm, some of the menu items you can expect include…

Paddleboarding at Nkwichi

One Stand up paddleboarding is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world and for good reason; it’s a fun way to play on the water! And there’s no better place to practice than the beautiful blue waters of Nkwichi. Also known as SUP, the idea of standing up and paddling in itself is not new. People living in coastal and river areas have been standing up in their canoes and rafts for hundreds of years, and the fishermen on Lake Malawi were no exception. But in Hawaii, surfers picked up the technique to paddle further into the ocean and since 2005 it has developed into a real sport.
