The Malawi Police services in the southern district of Mwanza are keeping in custody a 19 year young man for allegedly having oral sex with two boys aged 14 year.
Mwanza Police Station Public Relations Officer, Edwin Kaunda had on Monday, January 25 confirmed The Maravi Post the arrest of Gabriel Walasi who committed the offense on January 21, 2016 at Msakambewa village where he sexually assaulted the two boys.
The Police Publicist Kaunda told the Maravi Post that the two boys met the fate around 18:00 hours on their way home when Walasi ordered them to stop after reached a bush site and demanded oral sex from the boys.
“The suspect ordered them to stop after reaching a certain busy area where he had oral sex with them one after the other. There after, he warned them never to disclose the ordeal to anyone including their parents that doing so will be killed.
“But one kid informed his father about the incident who later reported the matter to the police and following thorough investigation, Gabriel was arrested on January 23, 2016 for the offense. Currently, he is in our custody waiting for proper charges”, confirms Kaunda.
Gabriel Walasi hails from Wangole Village of Traditional Authority (T.A) Kanduku in the southern district of Mwanza.
