DEDZA-(MaraviPost)-Very sad! Malawi’s mentally challenged man in Dedza is battling his life after cutting off his manhood.

The man aged 32 after the ordeal was rushed to Chikuse health center before being referred to Dedza district hospital where he is admitted.

His guardians have told Zodiak online how they have previously complained of his addiction to smoking cannabis.
