LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The country’s Live Love Chejika Christian school is appealing for support to reach out more needy students to attain quality education.
The charity organisation’s Director Tionge Chimamba told The Maravi Post that there are a number of vulnerable and needy students in dire need of support on quality education.
Chimamba said the school has helped many vulnerable learners since its inception years ago.
She therefore emphasized organisation’s commitment to providing assistance to vulnerable.
Chimamba was speaking on Thursday, June 6, 2024, during the school’s family day event in Area 18, Lilongwe, which brought together children, guardians, and well-wishers.
“We are appealing to other benevolent individuals and organizations to join forces and contribute resources, enabling the school to expand its reach and support more orphaned children in the area,” she said.
One of the learners in Standard 8, Nancy Binali, expressed her gratitude to the school, acknowledging its vital role in supporting underprivileged children like herself.
And on his part, Eric Gibbs, President of Live Love Ministries in the USA, commended the school’s efforts, stating that supporting vulnerable chil is a testament to preaching the good gospel.
