LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)– A Contemporary Christian Artists who also integrates in Jazz and Blues Chords, McLuther Lucretius Mambala is set to release a single titled ‘Wachikondi’ on March 9, 2020 coming from his debut project called ‘Mizu-Ya-McLuther’ based on someone searching for love.
‘Wachikondi’ depicts more of Bible story from the Book of Genesis 29 verse 18 which says ‘Jacob was in love with Rachel, so he said, “I will work for seven years for you, if you will let me marry Rachel’.
Giving an example in the first verse of McLuther’s lyrics is meeting the description of Jacob’s story as he was searching for love whilst he has already speckled the lover but needs serious efforts.
According to McLuther tells that God noticed that man shouldn’t be a lone but needs someone.
“In line with the second verse in my lyrics cherishes about how Jacob worked in the fields for seven years to get Rachel but he was taught he cannot as he is supposed to marry the first odder daughter following their custom.
“We see Jacob working for another seven years which makes 14 years of labor in order to get Rachel as well as her true love. I tell you, this song is more of a biblical concept as it talks more of hard working without giving up on anything someone needs,” McLuther says.
In a continuation from McLuther’s disclosure said the song is in reference to what is happening nowadays as how people search for love.
“This song is talking about searching for love; back then people were being more practical and were physically going for someone. In this case I used love as an example but in real sense people these days don’t go for love rather lust,” McLuther said.
Currently, as McLuther is preparing to launch his project ‘Mizu-Ya-McLuther’ said people should expect fire from the whole project.
The single is a style no one would predict since he has used basics full of African sounds coming from his tribal origin.
