National Bank the leading bank in Malawi customers are getting fed up with poor customer service and an inefficent Online Banknet system that is not user friendly and does not appear to be secure.
Many customers that access their accounts using the onlne website have noticed that the banknet security certificate has expired and your are forced to continue without really knowing that you are actually on the banks website or logging into a hackers website who can easily collect your credentials and then access your account later
Many customers who have sent emails to the National Bank IT department support email have had their emails gone an answered which has been the practice of the Bank in the past.
This situation however puts everyones money at risk and National Bank should realise that they are taking a big risk If this remains unresolved.
