Soon after the a man full of libido found life by forcing himself into two minors in a row, another man aged 34 has also been found at the wrong side of the law where he has killed an innocent soul.

This man, Jastine Malondera of Chilasa Village killed Falioti Ponda of Kanyenda Village, all from the area of Traditional Authority Kalumo in the same Ntchisi District, after picking a beer hole quarrel.

Police Public Relations Officer Gladson Mphumpha has confirmed about the incident.

“Yes its true Police here in Ntchisi have arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly murdering a 34-year-old man. The incident happened on Monday May 30 2016 at Nthesa Trading Centre in Ntchisi. Police have identified the suspect as Jastine Malondera of Chilasa Village whereas the deceased is Falioti Ponda of Kanyenda Village, all from the area of Traditional Authority Kalumo in Ntchisi.” Said the Police PRO.

Mphumpha said Police investigations have revealed that on Sunday May 29 2016 at around 4pm the deceased went to Nthesa Trading Centre to drink beer and that whilst there a quarrel broke with the suspect.

Mphumpha said the deceased left for home but the suspect followed him and heavily assaulted him.

The deceased went home but upon arrival he informed his wife that he has been assaulted by the suspect.

Mphumpha said postmortem so far has revealed that death was caused due to severe anaemia

Meanwhile Malawi Police is advising the general public against engaging themselves in quarrelling whenever they are drunk.
