LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) presidential aspirant Paul Gadama on Sunday donated assorted items to families affected by floods in Traditional Authority (T.A) Tsabango in Lilongwe.
Gadama made the donation following the floods emanating from incessant rains that affected several parts of the country.

Among the items donated including bags of maize and groceries.
He has also promised to build seven houses to families whose houses were washed away in Area 22 of TA Tsabango.
Last week, Gadama also cheered flood survivors in Salima with assorted items.
T/A Tsabango, speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, commended Gadama for donating the relief items to the affected families in the area.
Gadama is one of the DPP candidates vying for the party’s presidency to replace the incumbent and erstwhile state President Peter Mutharika whose mandate to lead DPP expires in year 2023.
DPP is scheduled to hold its elective indaba in 2023 in a month yet to be determined.
