Partners For The North To Create Green Collar Jobs

LILONGWE (Maravipost): Partners For the North a newly registered company by the government of Malawi has promised to supplement efforts by the government by creating jobs for the many graduating youths from the Colleges and Universities.

“We are here to help our government to create jobs for the many graduating youths. Many are unemployed and frustrated. Many youths are stressed and depressed due to idleness. We as PFN we are here to create green collar jobs; these are jobs that the youths can do at the comfort of their homes and earn money to survive the current global hard economic challenges,” Added Masida Jere who works as the PFN Manager at Ekwendeni Operations office.

Partners For the North (PFN) has investment interests in Mega Farms, transportation, Logistics, printing, stationery, Bookshops, Merchandise, publishing and supporting development projects in the Northern region as part of their corporate social responsibility.

PFN has a current network of 50 youths who are engaged in sales, marketing, logistics ,designing and business consultancy across Zomba, Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu to support and compliment the vision 2063 agenda that is being championed by the government.
