Rumors went viral of a story that a Malawian Man of God at Area 25 Township in the capital Lilongwe on Saturday, January 2, 2015 transformed into a snake upon praying two women which according to Malawi Post investigations fail to satiate the claims.
Consequently, the Malawi police from Kanengo station ran into battle with the misguided individuals who have saliva for the man of God’s life which ended up in destroying the worship Centre’s properties including seating chairs, cars and roofs.
The Maravi Post established that the matter came into being after some ill-advised folks from other fellowships were unhappy with the magnitude of worshipers who attended Prophet Mbale CROSS OVER SERMON on December 31, 2015.
These individual felt bad when they learnt that many of their members patronized Prophet Mbale’s sermon unlike theirs hence the plot to disgrace him with any act which might depopulate his services from worshipers.
The propaganda was eventually set on by sending children to the worship centre claiming that the man of God turned into a snake while praying for two women, urging those found at the worship centre to see the snake which surprised the worship centre’s attendees.
Despite the church’s attendees denying the claims, the children insisted wanting to see the snake who were later joined by some elders who according to our findings were the ones who sent the children to cause havoc while all in all the Man of God was at his house about 2
kilometers away from the prayer house.
It not the position of the Maravi Post to side with the man of God or judge him of what happened of whether was true or not that only the work of God will reveal to its people soon or later. However, the analysis is there enlighten the general public on what really transpired for better judgment.
The Maravi Post Reporter in the capital Lilongwe, Lloyd M’bwana caught up with the man of God to hear his side of the story in an exclusive interviews aftermath of the fracas. Can you please introduce yourself and the ministry you are serving?
Mbale: I am Prophet Foster Mbale, Christ for All Nations Ministries, based in Area 25, in the capital Lilongwe, and seating closer to my dear wife, my son Kasisi and ministry coordinator-Mrs. Nkunika.
MP: After witnessing the fracas that you turned into a snake while praying for two women, can please, Prophet Mbale speak for yourself on what happened?
Mbale: In fact, early in the morning today (January 2, 2016), I just walk up and while busy at the seating room watching Emmanuel TV, then suddenly got a phone call from one member of the ministry that there is this news speculating that I turned into a snake. So, I was surprised to hear such rumors and wondering about that. But the way you have looked at me yourself (Reporter), do you see a snake in me or a sign of snake here? So, I am wondering on this, this is what I can say.
MP: Man of God, there is no smoke without fire. Where did this rumor come from and can you clarify to the public on this?
Mbale: I may say that even you too, you have just heard about the speculation and this is the reason you came to ask for more. I don’t know where these speculations came into being, therefore, it’s you and me we can give answer to that.
MP: Prophet, did you once visit the worship centre today before the fracas?
Mbale: In fact, I have said it already that I didn’t visit the worship place today and that I was at my house this morning such that my house and worship place are very far from each other. A very big distance as such this is a fabricated story.
MP: Man of God, we want to know whether there is any division in the ministry, which might ignite the whole incident?
Mbale: One Kingdom can’t divide itself, all of us in the ministry we are united. There isn’t division.
MP: Prophet, the incident has turned the image of the ministry, will going to take action against those behind the fabrication of the story?
Mbale: Aaaaaaa, to be honest with you, I have put all everything in the hands of God. You know that Jesus Christ clearly said if this happens to me what about you? So, for me, I just thank God for that.
MP: Man of God, is this the first time such incidence to happen for the ministry or it happened before?
MP: Okay, let me ask me you; is this your first time to hear this or you heard it before?
Mbale: Prophet, why asking me again on the same question. You are in a good position to answer this question?
MP: I am asking you because you came to verify, meaning that this is the first time to happen to our ministry.
MP: Man of God, after this incident will give yourself a break or resuming as normal for service?
Mbale: I cannot stop. I was born to do this work and will continue doing this at the same place.
MP: Finally, Prophet Mbale, what’s your message to your followers and general public out there?
Mbale: We Malawians, we need to love our country especially when we hear rumors of this nature. Instead of going spreading untrue stories it’s good to verify them otherwise all is well with me and will continue serving God.
