SA: BRICS Summit to go as planned despite Putin arrest warrant

South Africa confirmed on Thursday that it will host the BRICS bloc summit as planned in August amid speculation that it may be hosted by China so Russian president Vladimir Putin can attend in a nation not obliged to arrest him on war crimes.Source: Africanews
