BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-In a parliamentary twist, the motion seeking to remove Blantyre City South East lawmaker Sameer Suleiman as Chairperson for the Agriculture Committee of Parliament has been withdrawn.
The announcement was made by Leader of the House Richard Chimwendo Banda during a session in Parliament.
The motion to remove Suleiman was brought by Dedza Central East legislator Joshua Malango, who cited indiscipline as the reason for his decision.
