PRETORIA-(MaraviPost)-South African actress and media personality Kuli Roberts has reportedly died at the age of 49 shorty before she was scheduled to do a radio interview.
A close friend to the 49-year-old Kuli Roberts also confirmed the news with Daily Sun on Thursday morning of February, 9, 2022.
It is unclear at this stage how the mother of two passed away but unconfirmed reports indicated that she died of a heart attack.
The actress was popularly known for her role in Mzansi Magic’s telenovela The Queen and recently appeared in the Netflix’s film Angelina. She was also planning to become a DJ.
She boasts an illustrous career, having worked as a journalist, editor and presented several TV shows on South African television.
Roberts also made headlines in 2021 when she announced that she had joined the political party ATM and was reportedly running for a ward 65 councillor position in October.
In 2021, the South African celebrity endured a hoax death after a facebook user called Collen Bongani Maduna took to the platform to share that Kuli Roberts has passed on.
Prior to the recent news of her demise, the fashion tabloid journalist was active on Twitter and tweeting the whole day till late into the night which is making people believe this is all just a sick death hoax joke that is circulating on social media.
Her family is expected to share the details of her death soon.
