Blantyre, February 16, 2015—TNM, the proud sponsors the Super League wishes to congratulate the Big Bullets Football Club for winning their first game of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) League Championship against Fomboni FC of the Comoros on February 15, 2015.
“We would like to wholeheartedly extend our congratulations to the country’s flag carriers in the CAF League Championship, the Big Bullets, for registering a win in their first game. Winning away against Fomboni FC is no mean achievement and serves to prove how determined the BB are to progress in this competition,” said Chief Commercial Officer, Daniel Makata.
TNM has extended to Big Bullets a K15 million advance and two sets of uniforms to assist the team—which has no corporate sponsor—meet travel expenses during the group stages of the competition. The company also launched an SMS promotion to help the team raise funds.
TNM believes the promotion will go a long way to assist the champions generate the much needed revenue to assist them in the upcoming CAF games.
