Blantyre, November 23, 2015— Premier mobile service provider TNM proudly announces the launch of a mobile directory service which will provide detailed contact information of individuals, businesses and organizations.
Announcing the launch of the service, TNM Chief Commercial Officer Dan Makata said TNM is obliged to provide services that are of interest to its customers and the public as a whole.
“The Mobile directory service which we are launching today provides a platform through which both TNM Customers and those using other networks will have direct access to contact telephone users,” said Makata.
Makata said TNM as a premier mobile telephone service provider will strive to bring tailor-made services that address the needs of the people.
“As a caring and patriotic brand TNM is committed to providing services and products that are ideal and respond to the needs of our customers,” he said.
Numbers to be accessed from the directory shall only be those from subscribers and organisations that consent for their numbers and contact information to be listed in the directory.
TNM’s directory service will be accessed through Voice calling. Customers will call the TNM Call Centre to request for particular contact information.
TNM customers will be calling 333 to access the service while those from other networks will dial 0888800333.
