Wella said having medical covers without any regard to personal health care is not enough, as the cover alone is not satisfying.

He said customers need to be encouraged from what they have paid for, because they do not fall sick everyday.

“Sometimes they pay the whole year without getting sick and as way of motivating them, we decided to give them at least 25% of their insurance,” he said.

Wella added that there is need for people to look after their health by doing enough exercises and diets check.

“Living a healthy life is not only about getting medical attention and diet ,exercise is also inclusion,” said Wella.

On his part one of the beneficiary cash back, Country Director of the World of Difference, Eston Mgala, said the cash-back is a unique program that clients have a double-benefit “Because while they get medical assistance in the scheme

“They can as well be given 25% of their money, which none of the medical schemes in the country is doing”.

Another beneficiary, Dr. David Omotoyo with the Ministry of Health who benefited MK168,000 cash-back laud the initiative as it motivates customers to join a medical society in a give back way.
