YAKADOUMA-(MaraviPost)-Five children have tragically lost their lives after being poisoned by their mother’s boyfriend at Yakadouma, East area of Cameroon.
The suspect reportedly gave the kids bread and chocolate which had been poisoned to eat with the aim of wiping them all out following a disagreement with the mother.
The single mother had been in romantic relationship the suspect for many years after the death of her husband.
According to Grass-root report, the couple were making plans to make their union official but the family of the woman denied the union .
The suspect later discovered that the woman was involved with another man and they were planning a future together which angered him.
He resorted to revenge and carried out the heinous act before going in hiding.
The body of the victims have been transferred to the hospital and police have launched a manhunt for the suspect.
