LILONGWE (MaraviPost)-Leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa has condemned President Lazarus Chakwera’s Tonse government silence on 28 dead bodies of people which were found buried in one of Mzimba’s graves.
Nankhumwa made the remarks on Monday, November 21, 2022 in the August house following Chakwera’s silent on matter which is sensitive .
He observes that that Tonse government has not made any effort to found out what really happened to the people.
Nankhumwa said government could have made serious follow up on matter considering diplomatic relations with other countries.
Recently police in Mzimba discovered 28 dead Bodies and identity cards of foreign nationals buried in one of the graves.
Human rights groups have made numerous calls for government to investigate on the matter but till nothing on matter has been materialized.
