LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-UTM president Dalitso Kabambe on Good Friday, April 18, 2025 joined the Christian community in Easter celebrations where he is taking part in the Way of the Cross along side Maula Catholic Parish faithfuls.
They walked from the Maula Parish going down the M1 Road then branched into the Paul Kagame Highway and turned upwards towards Crossroads Hotel at Amina Building. Then they finally went back to the Parish for a mass.
The Way of the Cross gives Christians an opportunity to have a glimpse into the suffering of Jesus Christ before his crusifiction. It is an important and key element in the Christian community as it symbolises salvation of men from sin.
