Angry mob kills boy after murdering his uncle in Kenyan

NAIROBI-(MaraviPost)-A Form Four student was killed by angry mob in Kenya after he brutally killed his uncle in Mugambaciura village in Kirinyaga county.

Reports revealed that the boy, Francis Mwaniki had an argument with his uncle and he attacked him in a miraa plantation within their homestead before the neighbours discovered the 45-year-old Samuel Chomba’s lifeless body in a pool of blood.

The angry residents then attacked the boy with crude weapons and killed killed him before alerting the police.

According to Citizen Digital, the boy had been previously threatened to kill his uncle and his family members accusing him of practicing witchcraft.

The suspect is believed to have been using drugs for a long time and cases of young boys and girls using drugs has increased in Kenya to a worrying numbers where most of the teenagers end up committing heinous acts without their knowledge.

The two bodies were taken to Kerugoya refferal hospital morgue awaiting postmortem and police have condemned the action of the residents and have urged them to be reporting cases instead of taking law into their hands.
