TNM brings cheaper postpaid contracts

TNM

In a bid to improve customer experience with its 4G/LTE internet at affordable and flexible rates, TNM has unveiled new packages for its postpaid customers from as low as K10,000 per monthly contract.

Dubbed as TNM Contracts, the post-paid packages come in four categories of TNM Lite, TNM Classic, TNM Plus and TNM Ultimate.

TNM Chief Executive Officer Douglas Stevenson said the new packages are a key step in the company’s journey to deliver converged mobile and ICT solutions under the company’s newly-acquired 4G/LTE network platform.

“As times change and the Internet of things takes over the traditional role of voice in the GSM world, so have we at TNM. We are continually striving to move our customers with the times by keeping them abreast of mobile and ICT trends shaping the world. TNM Contract is a fully-packaged offering that enhances user experience by providing incentives for voice, data and unparalleled connectivity to our now high speed and reliable internet,” he said.

The Chief Executive Officer said while the contracts largely suit corporate customers, they offer affordable and competitive pricing to increase access of all customers to TNM’s revamped mobile internet offered under the company’s recently launched 4G/LTE network platform.

“Our word is our bond. For every Contract package a customer chooses, they are guaranteed to benefit from Free WIFI connectivity and the freedom to choose a Smartphone that suits their budget and taste. Thus, TNM Contract has been designed to add value to our network’s capabilities while enriching user benefits by offering freedom, flexibility, simplicity and control,” he said.

Customers will be required to sign up contracts with TNM at monthly fees ranging from K10,000 to K120,000 and they will qualify for incentives that include prescribed quantities of free talk-time, SMS, WIFI access and ultimately a free smartphone device.

TNM Lite pay a monthly subscription of K10,000 and will be entitled to an incentive of a free smart phone worth K60,000, the Classics pay K25,000 per month and qualify for a smartphone worth K160,000, the TNM Plus pay K80,000 per month and qualify for a K450,000 smartphone device while those in the TNM Ultimate pay a monthly subscription of K120,000 or more to receive a Smartphone worth K900,000.

Stevenson said customers have the option of adding their usage fee by choosing voice, data and IDD offers under Bolt-Ons category. Bolt-On is a collection of products and services that a customer chooses to add to their pre-existing contracts.

“TNM Contract has been specifically designed to allow our customers enjoy the G4/LTE network experience. Our 4G/LTE platform has capacity to offer top-end data transmission speeds and affordable internet connectivity,” he said.
