LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The organizers of the Ku Mingoli Bash, Sound Addicts Live, have announced that the upcoming event on August 3, 2024, at Civo Stadium in the capital, Lilongwe, will primarily showcase local artists as part of their efforts to promote local talent.

Shadreck Kalukusha, Managing Director of Sound Addicts Live, stated to the Maravipost on Sunday, “This year, we are deliberately not featuring international artists. This signifies a potential trend for Ku Mingoli Bash, as we are committed to promoting Malawian art. We recognize that by insisting on international artists, we are neglecting our local talent.”

“The essence of Ku Mingoli Bash is to elevate local artists to the status of international performers. As Sound Addicts, we spare no effort in providing them with top-notch equipment and setup. If you wish to experience the best of Malawian artists, Ku Mingoli Bash is the place to be,” Kalukusha elaborated.

Kalukusha further revealed that tickets for the August 3, 2024, bash are now available at various outlets across Lilongwe, with 2,000 tickets on promotion.
