NO PART OR LAND OR TERRITORY OF AFRICA WILL BE RECOLONISED OR BECOME A TRUST TERRITORY UNDER ANY FOREIGN POWERS

Macron9l0 trump 9r)

Our stand against recolonizing Africa is solid and irreversible. It is for this reason and other compelling issues that the New African Charter International (NACI) strongly opposes the intended war of the USA and some of its NATO allies against Africa. Our position is very clear that there should be no support for another partitioning of Africa as the policies of the United States, France and other powers gear towards achieving that agenda in this 21st century.

In the aftermath of the demise of the former Union Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) and the communist regimes in Eastern Europe in the 1990s, the United Socialist and its NATO allies feel much more desperate in their quest to remote control the future direction of Africa. This, they want to achieve through sanctions, embargos, hate messages, manufactured lies and manipulation, malicious campaigns in the media, high profile assassination of leaders, intervention military networks and other coercive measures, including allying with terrorist outfits to accomplish stated goals.

Having succeeded in fragmenting the post-independence political foundation, the blame now is vested in ideological bias and geopolitical politics, where foreign powers seek to control the destiny of the African continent. Based on recent reports, there is growing concern with regards to the brutal methods employed by foreign powers to pillage Africa. There is also a concern regarding the manipulation of public opinion and the use of funding to traverse Africa’s interests, and kill specific political figures.

Going back to memory lane in the 1990s, we had what they termed as the ‘wind of change’, a neo-colonial project that did so much to wreck the development of the African continent. After all one would be tempted to ask the question, which change has taken place in Africa in the last four decades as compared to other continents, say for instance Asia? Does the much rhetoric talks about change in Africa means the on-going border wars or the wars for Africa’s disintegration in the Cassamance region, Somalia, The Sudan or the brutal and fratricidal violence and civil wars in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Angola, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Nigeria, Mozambique or the proxy dirty coups-constitutional coups, or military coups?

Is it about the terrorist aggression war against Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, or the assassination of Patrice Lumumba, Sylvester Olympio, Steve Biko, Samora Machel, Murtala Mohammed, Captain Thomas Sankara, Muammar Gaddafi, Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and many other African leaders wanted out of the scene?  Or is it about the Ebola or Covid-19 germ warfare, or the cholera, or HIV/AIDS and other preventable diseases that are now serving as agents of early deaths in Africa? We demand answers as to what change or changes that have impacted the life of the ordinary African.

After the brutal murder of Muammar Gaddafi, by NATO leaders in 2011, has Libya seen the promised democracy or freedom? Actually the war on terror or whatever name it is called only serves as a pretext to eliminate progressive leaders out of the scene. There is no gain saying the fact that foreign military presence in Africa has only one goal and that is to forge military cooperation and making vicious deals with puppet leaders, in order to increase the importance of overseas military bases, which are primarily a threat to peace, security and stability in Africa.

To the New African Charter International (NACI), imperialism today is hiding behind the façade of democracy to subdue Africans into the designs of foreign powers. They talk about human rights when progressive leaders in the continent refuse to sell or pawn national sovereignty. The truth is that, whoever dares to resist the merciless pillage of Africa courts attack or assassination. What really was supposed to benefit ordinary Africans now stashed away to develop foreign lands, and this is where the leaders of Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger Republic, Guinea and Madagascar got hated by foreign adversaries and local reactionary forces.

The New African Charter International (NACI) is steadfast in its commitment to peace, justice, freedom and dignity. A developed, prosperous and happy Africa is our highest priority, and we are dedicated to post-neo-colonial reconstruction and construction of the African continent. NACI unequivocally condemns all forms of violence and violent rhetoric, as well as the spread of false and inflammatory statements that undermine the peace, security and stability of Africa, and the safety of African communities.

We stand in unwavering opposition to the cohort of African leaders who have turned their backs against the very people they are supposed to serve, only to become cheap pawns and agents of foreign powers. These leaders have not only betrayed the conscience of Africans, but have sold the dignity of the continent to various global imperialist interests. We condemn all those leaders for their traitorous behaviours on the continent.

Recent instances illustrate the harmful rhetoric, such as the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu’s statement last year in 2025 that he is coming to liberate Africa after completing his mission in the Middle-east. Soon after that the issue of Christians persecuted in Nigeria surfaced in Washington, though the Trump administration had earlier admitted the role of the US in the terrorism war against the Nigerian people. Now there are US boots on the soil in Nigeria, deployed not far away from the Sahel region. We are concerned that Nigeria could become one of the staging posts if not launching pads in Africa to destabilise the progressive governments and leaders of Mali, Burkina Faso and the Republic of Niger.

NACI is concerned about the lack of transparency and accountability in the US intervention in Nigeria, and as well as statements attributed to some prominent Nigerians apparently urging Christians in that country to support US bombing of Muslim communities in Northern Nigeria. Such dissipating, reckless and inflammatory statements carry serious consequences for those targeted and have no place in any civilised society.

Africans do not need rocket scientists or any soothsayers to mislead public opinion on the real motives behind the deployment of US soldiers to Nigerian borders with the Sahel region. Suffice it to say that, there is a grand imperialist conspiracy, hiding precisely behind African puppet leaders to destabilise the Sahel region in order to kill the Alliance of Sahel States (AES). One can understand why Western imperialist leaders do not want peace and an end to the on-going terrorism war in the Sahel region.

The imposed terrorism war in the Sahel region serves as a stark reminder of the desperate attempts by foreign imperialist powers to recolonize Africa and control its destiny. NACI is genuinely concerned about the consequences of the policies of the US, France and other NATO member-states, including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also, which are bound to produce nothing but detrimental consequences for the entire African continent.

It is on record and based on experience and research, foreign imperialist powers rely heavily on the use of instigated political violence, civil wars, economic sabotage, threats and terrorism, and dangerous smear campaigns against progressive leaders to achieve their vicious agendas in Africa. These steps create a climate of fear, intimidation and indignity for Africans. This is unacceptable. We urge France and its satellite to put an end to the wide misinformation campaign against the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) and its authentic leaders.

We have seen a convergence of views coming from many quarters in the corporate media and from politicians in high offices overseas, in their efforts to advance a certain narrative in relation to the pan-African patriotism exhibited by the leaders of Mali, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Niger and Madagascar as it pertains to defending Africa’s sovereignty and dignity. This seemingly anti-African common cause posture, which both the media and foreign powers uphold, has recently exposed an increasingly hostile stance towards Africa, including recent remarks by the US Secretary of States-Marco Rubio, at a Munich Security Conference in Germany, on 14th February, 2026.

The position of the US Secretary of State is extremely racist, insulting, intimidating, hateful and provocative. This hostile political stance by a senior Official in the Trump administration in Washington has contributed in no small way to accelerate the growing anti-African sentiments stewing in foreign capitals. NACI shares serious concerns about the impact this may have on peace, democratic good governance, human rights, justice, freedom and dignity across Africa. While NACI welcomes the swift denunciation of this race-filled intimidation and the unflinching international solidarity and support for Africa, we believe there is a need now for a discussion within African communities about how to deal with these forms of racism.

Credible intelligence reports have indicated that France under President Emanuel Macron has signed a document giving approval to any attempts aimed at eliminating progressive leaders in Africa. The action of the French President should send a warning to all Africans that they are coming to destroy the leaders of Mali, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Niger and Madagascar. Plain truth!

Like the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, colonialism in whatever form or manifestation is heinous crime and crime against humanity. Based on this background that the New African Charter International (NACI) declares as follows:

1.       The New African Charter International (NACI) unequivocally condemns all acts that constitute colonialism as genocide and crime against humanity and which must be, regardless of their motivation, in all their forms and manifestations, no matter whosoever is behind these heinous acts.

2.     The New African Charter International (NACI) unequivocally condemns escalation of anti-African sentiments and hate messages. These campaigns, which give prominence in the corporate media and social media platforms, are designed to misrepresent Africa to the outside world.

3.     The New African Charter International (NACI) reiterates its rejection of the establishment and presence of foreign military bases on the soil in Africa. Our position is built on the premise that the stationing of foreign armed forces in Africa is a direct challenge to the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of host countries, especially when such decisions are taken without the explicit, long-term consent of the people.

4.     Foreign military bases in Africa undermine the ability of the continent to participate fully on regional and international issues. These military bases are purely a trap and serve as imperialist outposts to have control over the destiny of the continent. They do not serve the interests of the local people, and instead promote the greed, opulence and immorality of corrupt African leaders.

5.     The New African Charter International (NACI) demands the immediate closure of all foreign military bases to save Africa from sliding into the abyss. NACI will continue to strengthen its networking against the presence of foreign military bases in Africa. In order to achieve our goal, NACI will fix a special annual dayof action against foreign military bases in Africa, involving more anti-military base groups.

6.     The New African Charter International (NACI) respects sovereignty and an end to outside meddling in the internal matters of Africa. We also demand an end to the backward mentality exhibited by puppet leaders, who are supposed to answer to the African people, and not to external handlers. The issue is that we want African leaders to be responsible and responsive and must stop begging and start a process of healing old grudges, hatreds and wounds.

7.     NACI applauds those leaders who refused to be used as cheap pawns against Africa, and leaders who stand firmly for total independence, sovereignty and homeland dignity. Here fits the leaders of the Sahel region, Madagascar and few others who reject the pillage and enslavement of Africa.

8.     Foreign military bases, no matter what the goals are and who are behind their existence on the soil in Africa, pose a serious threat to peace, security, stability and development. Foreign military bases in Africa have no other purpose other than to serve as launching pads for aggression, destabilisation and transforming host nations into potential targets during international disputes and war for global dominance between nuclear powers.

9.     The so-called U. S. African Command (AFRICON) is a menace to peace, security and stability in Africa. While we agree that foreign military bases in Africa do kill our climate, NACI demands the dissolution of AFRICOM and its non-existence anywhere in the continent. We also demand the closure of all other unwanted foreign military bases in Africa. This is necessary if Africa is to contribute significantly to world peace, and protection of our environment.

10.  It is sad that in spite of the many conferences, forums and debates on climate change, no one dares to comments on the role of these foreign military bases in severely harming the African environment, including the contamination of waters and depleting social cohesion, including sexual exploitation of local women and girls, and spreading transmitted diseases in the host nations.

11.    Terrorism they say is evil.Terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization, or ethnic group. We denounce the shameful and disgraceful practice of African leaders acting as cheap pawns against their people. NACI condemns and stands unshakably against any form of support—direct or indirect—for terrorist groups, including financing, harbouring, training, or providing ideological nourishment. We will harden our united stand against terrorist acts, in the belief that it is a menace that threatens international peace, security, and economic growth.

12.  On the economic front, foreign military bases create a conducive environment for money laundering activities, bureaucratic corruption, and capital flight. This anti-African project contributes to the diversion of critical local resources away from essential areas such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure development. They also create inflationary pressures on local economies.

13.  NACI condemns the system whereby puppet leaders in African sell the dignity of the continent for a life of opulence and immorality. We also condemn the merciless pillage of Africa’s minerals and abundant natural resources, while poor Africans are abandoned to linger in wholesale poverty, misery, indignities and want.

14.  NACI condemns the degradation of the African environment by ill-conceived business activities of multinational companies operating in the continent. Waste, corruption and misplaced economic activities are also draining Africa of the resources needed to develop the continent.

15.  The corporate media has largely remained instrumental in wrecking untold havocs in Africa. This has led to the systematic destruction of the continent’s development capability and promotes intolerance, political instability, ethnic conflicts and civil wars, xenophobia, racism and other forms of discrimination against Africans.

16.  The corporate media operates in a vague label of misinformation, disinformation and race-filled hatreds, and there has been no meaningful challenge or serious scrutiny to stop this wicked campaign. This pattern of oppression, thievery, pillage, degradation, division and dehumanisation in Africa continues to this day.

17.  NACI condemns decades of sustained and unrestrained anti-African indignities, misinformation and distortion by the corporate media. History has shown time and again the dangers of demonizing Africans in the media, and it is shameful and disgraceful to see continuation of this racist terrorism against African people, which often attracted headlines in the front pages of the corporate media.

18.  NACI advocates free, sustainable, development-oriented and independent media for Africa. NACI calls for establishment of an African media, which should be funded, administered and protected by Africans. The proposed African media instrument should be protected from capture by political or business interests that militate against peace, development and prosperity in the continent. And,

19.  As always, NACI condemns all those individuals and groups of individuals who, instead of uniting for peace, sovereignty, development and prosperity in Africa, remain traitors and complicit. NACI stands that no geopolitical interests or diplomatic ties should override the necessity of combating poverty, corruption, violence and terrorism in Africa.

The revolutionary coups recently implemented in the Sahel region, which including Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, and Madagascar for instance, are a result of leadership vacuum in Africa. The previous governments in these countries were characterised by greed and not having interest in addressing the demands and aspiration of the very people they supposed to serve and protect.

The reality on the ground speaks for itself. Suffice it to say that while Africans are kept poor and extremely impoverished, the continent’s abundant minerals and rich natural resources are taken away to develop foreign capitals. Instead of benefiting the African people, proceeds from the extraction of these minerals and natural resources are stashed away by local corrupt, inept and traitorous leaders on the continent. These are the same politicians, who hide behind the façade of false flags’ narratives to wreck development initiatives in Africa, are often clowned as heroes and saviours in the continent.

The on-going war in the Middle-east is not unexpected. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has openly made it clear that he had a mission to accomplish in the Middle-east, before coming to liberate the African continent. From credible intelligence sources, the Israeli leader has on his breakfast table an agenda to attack Africa, with the Sahel region at the top of the list. More so, the unprovoked and imposed violence in the Middle-east should serve as a warning to Africa. It is no more a secret to mention here that the governments and leaders of Mali, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Niger and Madagascar are on the top list for destruction and there are already puppet African leaders who have bid to this project.

NACI’s aspirations for a united Africa are not in opposition to national unity but are aimed at the general wellbeing of the continent and its people. We firmly believe in pan-Africanism and the importance of healthy relations and the promotion of mutual recognition and respect for all Africans. That is why it remains our aim to achieve our goals within the framework of the Pan-African agenda.

NACI holds fundamentally different views from the other advocacy groups in Africa, since we do not have room for sell-outs or betrayals in our platform. Disagreeing with groups that acts as double agents does not equate to being against Pan-Africanism. On the contrary, our stand against war, violence, degradation, dehumanisation and underdevelopment in Africa is unflinching. To differ from an imperialist agenda does not mean one is against the West, NACI is, and in fact, stands for the unity and progress of Africa.

One cannot fail to say that most of the current leaders in Africa believe in redistribution rather than in the creation of real economic value to improve on the lives of poor Africans. Orthodox policies may serve the interests of corrupt politicians, and not to bail the continent out of the current precipice.

Concluding, the New African Charter International (NACI) condemns the new scramble project for the partition of the Africa, and reaffirms its support for the sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the continent. We reiterate our commitment to support all efforts to quickly resolve the current security challenges in Africa, and reaffirm the right of the African people to live in peace, dignity, and justice without the meddling mentality of foreign powers.

God bless Africa and all Africans!
