BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)–Presidential Cup, which was put on hold due to Malawi football team’s engagements, is back today with Mighty Be Forward Wanderers facing unpredictable MTV Max Bullets at Kamuzu Stadium in quarter finals.Their arch rivals Nyasa Big Bullets will face the lower league side Kabwafu FC at Mzuzu Stadium on

Bullets and Wanderers dominated the national team selection list with Bullets contributing eight players while the Nomads contributed five hence the delay of the two quarter final games.

According to the rules of the game of football, a team cannot be assigned any competitive match after contributing more than four players to the national team.

Moyale Barracks and Mafco FC already made it into the semifinals after outclassing Epac FC and Dwangwa United respectively.

Zakazaka has since urged all soccer loving Malawians to flock to the venues and patronize the games in their large numbers.

He has also appealed to the supporters to be violent free as they have been since the competition started.

Meanwhile, Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has released Presidential Cup matches gate charges.
