LILONGWE (MaraviPost)—Love them or hate them, Malawi’s considered bright and controversial Lawyers Z Allan Ntata and Ralph Kasambara together with a controversial political activist Ben Chiza Mkandawire must be set for something big if what Maravi Post has found is anything to go by.
Eye witnesses have confirmed to Maravi Post that the trio was spotted yesterday having a serious closed door caucus at country lodge in Malawi’s capital Lilongwe that lasted for hours.
This information has been collaborated with a photo Ntata has posted on his facebook page two hours ago showing himself, Kasambara and Mkandawire.
A quick analysis of the picture by our political analyst has lead to a conclusion that the trio by pointing their fingers in the front of the camera are kind of giving a warning message to their real or perceived opponent(s) that they are determined to soldier on and that someone somewhere must be afraid, very afraid.
“What a meeting,” reads a caption which accompanied the picture on Ntata’s facebook page.
Ntata, former legal counsel to late president Bingu Wa Mutharika, who has been dubbed as Commando by now popular online political analyst Chiipira Wachaje, has been in the media putting to task the ruling party. Ironically Commando Ntata claims to sympathize with the ruling party but the ruling party is hitting back day in day out describing him as a frustrated man for having not been given a job in this government, an argument which has been impeached by Ntata and his apologists such as Wachaje.
Lawyer Ralph Kasambara is widely considered as a genius in as far as practicing law in Malawi is concerned. He takes great interest in human rights and was one of the engineers of Malawi’s popular 20th July anti-government demonstrations vacating a government agent injunction at the eleventh hour to allow Malawians to exercise their right to demonstrate against poor governance by the late president Bingu Wa Mutharika.
Political activist Ben Chiza Mkandawire is known for being in the trenches together with other big names in activism who literally brought late president Bingu Wa Mutharika to his knees because of his bad governance record. Mkandawire also fearlessly took to task former president Joyce Banda—the alleged cash-gate architect.
Maravi Post is yet to find out what brought together the trio to have such a long caucus at country lodge in Lilongwe yesterday.
