BLANTYRE-(Maravi Post)-FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on Wednesday, April 16, 2024 secured a convincing 4-1 win over Creck Sporting Club in their TNM Super League match at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.

The victory saw Bullets collect second maximum points in 2025 season, boosting their position in the league table.

Bullets head coach Peter Mponda expressed satisfaction with the win, saying, “I’m very happy for collecting maximum points, but in dining minutes, we conceded a goal because of relaxation.”

Mponda’s comments highlight the team’s dominant performance, despite a momentary lapse that led to Creck’s consolation goal.

The match saw Bullets’ stars shine, with Wongani Lungu, Babatunde Adeponju, Chilimbitso Salima, and Yamikani Mologeni scoring the goals. Creck’s Kondwani Chiwembe scored the lone goal for the visitors.

Creck Sporting Club head coach Joseph Kamwendo acknowledged his team’s subpar performance.

“Our team didn’t play well, but I believe things will come better in the next game.” Kamwendo’s comments reflect the team’s determination to bounce back from the loss.

With this win, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets tops the TNM Super League log table in week two, demonstrating their strong start to the season.
