LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-US-based Malawian philanthropist Chawezi Banda, also known as Chacha, celebrated her birthday with underprivileged individuals in Lilongwe City today, March 14, 2026.
The celebration, held at Lilongwe Town Hall, involved distributing 50 food packs to street-connected children, women, and men.
Chacha stated that the gesture aimed to promote the spirit of sharing and helping others, acknowledging that many in society struggle to afford meals.
A street-connected child expressed gratitude and requested empowerment through small business capital.
Chacha has always supported unprivileged communities and carrying a number of charitable work in Malawi for years.
