BIRMINGHAM-(MaraviPost)-A Nigerian Pastor has been slapped with 34 years jail time in the UK after being found guilty of multiple counts of rapes of members of his congregation.
The 60-year-old Paedophile cleric living in Birmingham who was identified as Michael Oluronbi was convicted of 15 counts of rape, seven counts of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault – as his sentencing hearing heard there were at least 88 separate occasions on which he raped his victims.
As reported by Daily Mail, the jury during the trial at Birmingham Crown Court heard that some of his young female victims became pregnant multiple times but were taken to abortion clinics by qualified pharmacist Oluronbi, to cover up his diabolic acts.
His wife, Juliana was sentenced to 11 years after being found guilty of three counts of lending a hand in the rapes and sanctioning the abortions to the victims.
Following the ruling, both defendants have been asked to sign the sex offenders’ register for life.
Judge however who was hearing the case has described it as worst cases of sexual abuse of multiple children to come before the courts in her judgment.
