LONDON-(MaraviPost)-Guardsman who walked behind the Queen’s coffin during the state funeral procession, Trooper Jack Burnell-Williams, 18, has been found dead in Hyde Park Barracks in Knightsbridge, London.
The spokesperson for the Army confirmed the news of the tragedy in a statement.

“It is with sadness that we can confirm the death of Trooper Jack Burnell-Williams on September 28 at Hyde Park Barracks.
“Our thoughts are with the soldier’s family and friends at this difficult time and we ask that their privacy is respected,” reads the army’s statement.
According to the LBC report, the emergency services were called to Hyde Park Barracks just before 4pm on Wednesday after Burnell-Williams was found unresponsive. When they arrived at the scene, they pronounced him dead after examinatios.
At the Queen’s funeral earlier this month, Trooper Jack Burnell-Williams walked as part of the procession accompanying Her Majesty’s coffin from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch.
Burnell-Williams’ mother Laura, 42, shared an emotional tribute to her son – known as Jak to family and friends – alongside a picture of the young troop, adding: “Never ever thought I would be saying this but we as a family are all heartbroken with the sudden passing of our wonderful son Jak Williams yesterday.”
Queen Elizabeth II died on Sept. 8, 2022, at 3:10 p.m. local time (10:10 a.m. Eastern time) in Balmoral Castle in Scotland and her cause of death was revealed as old age according to her death certificate, released Sept. 29.
The late Monarch was laid to rest on Sept. 19, 2022 at Windsor Castle next to her husband Prince Phillip after a historic state funeral service in Westminster Abbey, London.
The service was attended by around 100 heads of state, including US President Joe Biden, more than 20 royals, and many representatives from some 200 countries.
