BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-In a remarkable display of innovation and technological prowess, three students from the Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST) have been awarded MK800,000 for developing an Identity Card tracker.
This groundbreaking system, designed to assist the National Registration Bureau (NRB) and citizens in tracking the production process of ID cards, promises to eliminate long queues and unnecessary travel for card collection.
The students, pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology, were recognized for their outstanding work under the ‘MUST 2030’ initiative, which focuses on creating solutions to everyday challenges faced by Malawians.
