INGREDIENTS

150g puff pastry

450g sausage meat

PROCEDURE

1.       Roll out pastry 3mm thick into a strip 10-11 cm wide

2.       Make the sausage meat into a roll 3cm diameter

3.       Put the meat on the pastry and moisten the edges of the pastry

4.       Fold over and seal the edges

5.       Mark the edge cut into 9cm length

6.       Place on to a greased dampened baking sheet

7.       Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
