BLANTYRE-(MaraviPost)-Puma Energy has committed to offer world class customer centric services to the nation through its retail outlets across the country.

Eghosa Oriaikhi Mabhena Puma Energy’s Head of Global Lubricants, Aviation and Downstream East Region made the remarks on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.

She was speaking virtually from Johannesburg South Africa.

Mabhena said Malawi like all other countries across the globe “need quality products and professionally delivered services.”

Through the virtual conversation with Peter Zingani, Puma Energy’s Territory Manager in the country and Sam Singh the company’s retail partner for Kabula service station in Blantyre, Mabhena emphasised on the need to maintain high service standards.

“Puma Energy being a customer led organisation stresses the importance of customers in our business and this year’s customer week is one way of Energising communities in line with our tag line,” said Mabhena.

Zingani and other Puma officials inspected Kabula service station and offered it a Super Jump certificate for operating within the set standards.

Puma Energy opened its doors on the Malawian Market in 2011.

As an innovative company it launched its E-Portal last September which will enable customers order fuel online.
