Central African Wilderness Safaris (CAWS) have recently introduced the Sangwala Trail for guests of Chelinda Camp and Lodge in Malawi. The Sangwala Trail, a three day fully-catered trek, that spans across 43km of montane grasslands and woodlands offers guests an incredible journey across Nyika National Park.

Nyika National Park is Malawi’s largest park, extended across the great plateau with an environment like none other in the whole of Africa. Nyika is wonderful for trekking with stunning sights to been seen across the rolling scenery. Nyika truly is an untouched wilderness that very few get the chance to visit and explore.
