Tyler Perry Faces $77 Million Sexual Assault Lawsuit From 2nd Actor: Report

Tyler Perry is facing a $77 million lawsuit after a second actor accused him of sexual assault.

Mario Rodriguez, who had a minor role in Perry’s film Boo! A Madea Halloween, filed the lawsuit against the actor and Lionsgate films in California on Thursday, December 25, per People and Page Six.

In the lawsuit Rodriguez reportedly alleged Perry sexually assaulted him and made unwanted advances while promising him future acting roles – claims that Perry’s attorney Alex Spiro described as a “money grab.”

Page Six reported that Rodriguez claimed via the lawsuit that Perry “tightly hugged” him,  “reached into Mr. Rodriguez’s underwear” and touched his genitals in a 2018 incident. The pair had reportedly gone to Perry’s home after Perry invited Rodriguez to dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, California to chat about a potential role in his series, The Oval.

Tyler Perry Accuser Breaks Silence Nearly 1 Month After Sexual Assault Suit

“Mr. Perry was making sexual moaning noises and saying, ‘Stay here, stay here,’ while he pressed his body against Mr. Rodriguez and continued to grab his penis,” the court papers claimed, per Page Six.

People reported that during one of the alleged unwanted advances, Perry urged Rodriguez to “let it happen” and told him, “If you were to just be with me, I would take care of you….”

According to both outlets, Rodriguez also claimed via the lawsuit that following two incidents of unwanted sexual advances, Perry apologized and paid him $5,000.

Rodriguez, who is seeking $77 million in damages, is being represented by attorney Jonathan J. Delshad. Delshad also represented actor Derek Dixon, who previously made sexual assault allegations against Perry.

“Having recently failed in another matter against Mr. Perry, the very same lawyer has now made yet another demand from more than a decade ago which will also be a failed money grab,” Perry’s attorney Spiro told Us Weekly in a statement on Friday, December 26.

Posting to his Instagram on December 13, Rodriguez spoke about an unnamed “powerful” director “that everybody knows.” He explained in the post that he felt “scared and ashamed.”

“I stayed quiet for much too long. And I just want to say I’m really sorry, man. Because if I would’ve spoken up sooner I could’ve saved somebody that this probably happened to after me,” he said in the video. “I just wanna say sorry for that, whoever that may be. It could’ve stopped with me if I would’ve said something. … But I’m speaking up now.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Rodriguez’s representatives for comment.

Tyler Perry Accuser Claims He’d Be Killed Off ‘The Oval’ Over Harassment

In June, Perry faced a similar lawsuit when Dixon sued Perry and his production company over alleged sexual assault on the set of The Oval. Dixon was seeking $260 million in damages from Perry and his production company.

Perry told the court that actor Dixon’s lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault was “profoundly disappointing, cynical and — most of all — false,” Us Weekly reported in October.

“Dixon invents alleged assaults and encounters that never happened. Mr. Perry never assaulted Dixon or committed any sexual battery. He did not offer Dixon pay raises and shoot Dixon’s television pilot script to threaten, coerce, or control Dixon,” the court filing read.

“Dixon earned through merit alone whatever professional opportunities he received from [Perry and his company],” Perry’s lawyer noted. “And it is notable that in his effort to exploit his friendship and professional relationship with Mr. Perry to obtain a $260 million payday, Dixon was forced to lie not only about Mr. Perry, but himself too.”

Social Media Influencer Christopher Blake Griffith Countersues Stefon Diggs

Not long after NFL star Stefon Diggs submitted a libel lawsuit against a social media influencer, the influencer is clapping back.

Christopher Blake Griffith, the content creator who accused Diggs of sexual assault over the summer, is filing a countersuit against the New England Patriots wide receiver, denying Diggs’ claims of libel, according to a report from TMZ on Friday, November 21.

Griffith claims Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted” him in 2023 after a charity basketball game. Griffith alleged that Diggs and others went to a D.C. club that night before going to Diggs’ home afterwards, where he was assaulted by Diggs and others. In Griffith’s police report from 2023, he also claimed Diggs offered him candy that was “laced with drugs” without knowledge.

According to the TMZ report, when Griffith got to Diggs’ house after leaving the club, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating. Griffith then allegedly told Diggs to “put his penis away” and when he walked to the door of Diggs’ house, the NFL star tried to kiss him.

The influencer then reportedly hid in Diggs’ bathroom for 45 minutes and was threatened by Diggs’ family when he left the bathroom. One week later, Griffith was allegedly assaulted outside of his Los Angeles apartment and suffered serious injuries.

On October 1, 2025, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, disputing his claims about what happened that night. According to Diggs, he went to his bedroom to wrap up the evening after the basketball game while his assistant asked Griffith to leave the house.

It was at this time that the alleged assault took place.

Over the summer, nearly two years after the alleged incident, Griffith took to social media to put Diggs under fire about what he claims happened that evening.

Griffith posted an Instagram story at the time, claiming the assault and tagging the footwear company Ugg and actress Sarah Jessica Parker in the post. (Both had participated in a campaign for Ugg).

The influencer said he was “disgusted” that the company hired Diggs for the campaign after he filed a police report from the May 2023 incident.

He also shared what he claimed was a copy of his police report in the August 2025 post, tagging the NFL and the Patriots in the post.

“Y’all gon let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 just run wild without penalty?” Griffith posted on his Instagram story, referring to the late tight end who was found guilty of first-degree murder in 2015 before dying by suicide while incarcerated in 2017.

“I’m aware that you’re aware & since we’re BOTH aware, let’s act accordingly.”

Stefon Diggs’ Ex Accuses Him of Trying to Silence Her Over Alleged Assault

In a statement obtained by multiple outlets, Griffith’s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz, denied Diggs’ claims that the events ever happened.

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks.”

Diggs recently welcomed a baby with his girlfriend, rapper Cardi B, the couple announced on Thursday November 13 via Instagram.

‘VPR’ Season 12 Trailer Teases Fights, Penis Pumps and More After Recasting

The new cast of Vanderpump Rules is determined to surpass their predecessors in the first look at season 12, which has everything from fights in SUR’s back alley to conversations about penis pumps.

Bravo released the official trailer on Monday, November 3, which showed Lisa Vanderpump introducing the next era of SURvers.

“It is funny, I used to say SUR is where you take your mistress but now it is probably where you meet her,” she says. “I have always said that with my staff, give me anything but don’t give me boring.”

The sneak peek quickly dove into the drama when Demyana Selem tells producers she “works with idiots” as the scene shifts to servers fighting over whether a drink is “gay enough” for the menu. Another moment shows an employee complaining to Lisa that she “worked here for two years” but feels like her work family is telling her they “hate” her.

Everything to Know About ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 12 After Cast Overhaul

Despite the disagreements, Venus Binkley promises that the cast is “able to work, party, have sex.” There is even mention of a “penis pump” with Marcus Johnson saying, “Athletes stretch, I pump. We all have a routine.”

This wouldn’t be Vanderpump Rules if there weren’t arguments in SUR’s back alley, coworkers in tumultuous relationships and tears in the workplace.

“When it comes to bro code, you don’t do that,” says one new cast member before another scene had a girl firing back to a friend, “There was a boundary crossed with the way you were texting him.”

Lisa appears hopeful about the new group, saying in a confessional, “This is SUR, we are a family. They are not perfect but they are mine.”

According to the official synopsis, season 12 follows “the deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies and lovers that have been working for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR for years are shaking things up — from pump-tinis to chaos. Despite new uniforms and a few fresh faces in the mix, the drama remains as messy and complicated as their iconic predecessors.”

The show, which returns Tuesday, December 2, comes after a shocking overhaul. The Vanderpump Rules franchise began as a spinoff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which Lisa starred on from 2010 to 2019. Scheana Shay then helped launch Vanderpump Rules when she sat down with Brandi Glanville on an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2013 to discuss her affair with Eddie Cibrian.

‘Vanderpump Rules’ Cast: Then and Now

After more than a decade, viewers were left divided on the future of the franchise courtesy of Tom Sandoval‘s secret romance with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss while in a relationship with Ariana Madix. The network eventually confirmed in November 2024 that Vanderpump Rules will be returning — but with an entirely new cast.

“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,” Lisa said in a statement at the time. “I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.”

Season 12 might be moving away from the past but the trailer did include a scene filmed at Ariana and Katie Maloney‘s Something About Her. Bravo is also releasing a Raise Your Glass to 11 Seasons look back at the most iconic moments and never-before-seen footage from the show before introducing the new crew.

The retrospective airs on Bravo Tuesday, November 25, at 9 p.m. ET. Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules premieres on Tuesday, December 2, at 9 p.m. ET.

Things to know about Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis

Former President Joe Biden’s office said Sunday that he has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer and is reviewing treatment options with his doctors.

Biden was having increasing urinary symptoms and was seen last week by doctors who found a prostate nodule. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and the cancer cells have spread to the bone, his office said in a statement.

When caught early, prostate cancer is highly survivable, but it is also the second-leading cause of cancer death in men. About one in eight men will be diagnosed over their lifetime with prostate cancer, according to the American Cancer Society.

Here are some things to know about prostate cancer that has spread.

What is the prostate gland?

The prostate is part of the reproductive system in men. It makes fluid for semen. It’s located below the bladder and it wraps around the urethra, the tube that carries urine and semen out through the penis.

How serious is Biden’s cancer?

Biden’s cancer has spread to the bone, his office said. That makes it more serious than localized or early-stage prostate cancer.

Outcomes have improved in recent decades and patients can expect to live with metastatic prostate cancer for four or five years, said Dr. Matthew Smith of Massachusetts General Brigham Cancer Center.

“It’s very treatable, but not curable,” Smith said.

What are the treatment options?

Prostate cancer can be treated with drugs that lower levels of hormones in the body or stop them from getting into prostate cancer cells. The drugs can slow down the growth of cancer cells.

“Most men in this situation would be treated with drugs and would not be advised to have either surgery or radiation therapy,” Smith said.

What is a Gleason score?

Prostate cancers are graded for aggressiveness using what’s known as a Gleason score. The scores range from 6 to 10, with 8, 9 and 10 prostate cancers behaving more aggressively. Biden’s office said his score was 9, suggesting his cancer is among the most aggressive.

The procedure was carried out at leading private hospital in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi to help resolve the man’s situation.

The Aga Khan University Hospital where the procedure took place said this was the first time such an operation had been carried out in East and central Africa.

The penile implant procedure involves implanting a prosthesis device in the penis.

“The advantage of this surgery is that the man can have intercourse anytime they like without using a medication,” the lead surgeon, Dr Ahmed Yousef said.

Doctors said the surgery was performed on the patient after alternative treatments failed to alleviate his condition.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is commonly called impotence. It’s a condition in which a man can’t achieve or maintain an erection during sexual performance.

– –

Symptoms may also include reduced sexual desire or libido. Doctors are likely to diagnose people with ED if the condition lasts for more than a few weeks or months. ED affects as millions of people in Africa and elsewhere.

Standard ED treatments include prescription medications, vacuum pumps, implants, and surgery, but many men prefer natural options.

Scientist warns human penises are shrinking due to pollution

– –

Penises are shrinking and genitals becoming malformed because of pollution, an environmental scientist has warned in a new book detailing the challenges facing human reproduction.

Dr Shanna Swan writes that humanity is facing an “existential crisis” in fertility rates as a result of phthalates, a chemical used when manufacturing plastics that impacts the hormone-producing endocrine system.

As a result of this pollution, a growing number of babies are being born with small penises, Dr Swan writes.

Her book, titled Count Down, examines “how our modern world is threatening sperm counts, altering male and female reproductive development, and imperilling the future of the human race”.

Dr Swan’s research began by examining phthalate syndrome, something observed in rats which found that when fetuses were exposed to the chemical they were likely to be born with shrunken genitals.

– –

She discovered that male human babies who had been exposed to the phthalates in the womb had a shorter anogenital distance – something that correlated with penile volume.

The chemical has an industrial use in making plastics more flexible, but Dr Swan says it is being transmitted into toys and foods and subsequently harms human development.

Phathalates mimic the hormone oestrogen and thus disrupt the natural production of hormones in the human body, which researchers have linked to interference in sexual development in infants and behaviours in adults.

Dr Swan, who is a professor in environmental medicine and public health at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, based her work on a series of peer-reviewed research studies.

– –

One study published in 2017 found that sperm levels among men in Western countries had dropped by more than 50% over the past four decades after examining 185 studies involving close to 45,000 healthy men.

Dr Swan believes that the rapidly decreasing fertility rate means that most men will be unable to produce viable sperm by 2045.

What Makes a Penis Attractive to Women?

What Makes a Penis Attractive to Women?

Is a big penis more attractive than a mid-size model? What about a small penis? Penises might be more practical than pretty, but that doesn’t mean that women aren’t more attracted to some than others.

Research shows that some packages are, regardless of penis size, considered better-looking than others. But to men who aren’t attracted to other men, it can be confounding to figure out what kind of penis women prefer, and what makes it attractive.

Grooming? Upkeep? Shape? Slight bend? Smoothness? The long and the short of it is that when it comes to what makes a penis attractive, dimensions matter and, while there’s no clear “Golden Penis Ratio,” penis girth may be more important than people realize.

Whether you’ve been gifted with a big penis or a small penis, a penis of average girth, a pretty asymmetrical dick or one that’s straight as an arrow, remember that women seem more forgiving when it comes to what makes a penis attractive than men are.

One study by Dr. Norma Ruppen-Greeff found that women didn’t draw a distinction between men with surgically corrected hypospadias (a condition where the urethra opening is on the underside of the head) and “normal looking”, ie conventionally attractive, circumcised penises.

In fact, women rated overall genital appearance and manicured pubic hair as the most important factors in determining what makes a pretty penis. “The information may help prevent the development of shame or impaired genital perceptions about penile appearance,” Ruppen-Greeff said in a statement.

Broadly speaking, research seems to indicate that women are attracted to penis proportionality and upkeep just as much, if not more than penis size or girth.

This is encouraging for men, who can do some trimming and try not to worry so much about length, which research shows is a concern — exacerbated by internet pornography — for many men.

A ruler measurement is simply not enough to determine whether a penis is attractive to women. In fact, a girth measurement might be a better metric for measuring what women prefer.

“There is a slightly larger difference in girth preference among women, which could be interpreted to mean that girth is a slightly better predictor of penis preference,” Nicole Prause, a neuroscientist who has studied what penis size women prefer, tells Fatherly.

“There is some preference for proportionality in length and girth rather than extremes of either in isolation. We did not do any analyses specific to the diminutively-named ‘pencil dick’ but preferences tended to fall along linear length and girth.”

To Prause, women’s preference for a nice penis girth makes the most physiological sense because vaginas are not very sensitive to heat or vibration, but they have many mechanoreceptors that detect stretching and distinguish a large penis from a narrower one. Other areas like the cervix, which could be stimulated by longer penises, don’t have these “stretch detectors” and are less sensitive as a result. Still, most women prefer girth to be combined with length.

Positions to make female orgasm easier

Signs of an Attractive Penis

  1. The ratio of girth to length is just right. 6.3 inches long and 4.3 inches around were found to be ideal in one study.
  2. Circumcised is preferable for most.
  3. Groomed pubic hair goes a long way toward making a penis look attractive.
  4. For short-term commitments, bigger is better. For long-term, that attribute is out the window.
  5. It is attached to a partner who is trustworthy.

Most experiments on women’s penis predilections have historically been limited to two-dimensional pictures of penises and self-reports of past experiences. That’s why Prause had her 75 female subjects compare 33 3D-printed erect penis models.

Overall, women were attracted to big penises with the greatest length and circumference when it came to one-time partners, but preferred penises with sizes only slightly above-average length and girth for long-term partners — about 6.3 inches long and a circumference of 4.8 inches.

Interestingly, women generally remembered penises being smaller in size than they actually were when asked about them later. So no matter how big of a penis a man is packing, there are no guarantees as to what his partner is telling her friends.

“It’s worth remembering any time someone tells us about their partner’s size, bragging or denigrating, that such memories may be inaccurate or easily influenced,” notes Prause.

It’s also important to note that women ranked other characteristics like trustworthiness and overall attractiveness as more important than penis size, and most preferences had to do more with functionality than aesthetics.

What’s more, the attraction to size in one-off partners also makes sense. While a large penis might be attractive for an evening, the post-sex pain associated with partners packing a big penis makes a long-term commitment to a bigger member slightly less appealing.

In the end, size might make for an attractive penis, but people are more than the sum of their body parts, and good partners have far more important qualities than a hefty girth.
