MACHINGA-(MaraviPost)-Machinga First Grade Magistrate Johns Masula on Thursday, convicted and sentenced a forty-five year old-man to 12 years in jail with hard labor, for defiling his sixteen-year-old stepdaughter.

Machinga Police station spokesperson Davie Sulumba, identified the convict as Kanyenga Damson, who married Margret Iman and whom he found with four children, including the victim.

According to Sulumba, the court heard that Damson together with wife and step children, were staying under the same house, whereby he took advantage of the victim, a standard five pupil at primary school in the district. Continue reading Machinga man jailed 12 years for defiling stepdaughter →
