LILONGWE-(MaraviPost) -The Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court in Lilongwe on Wednesday, convicted and sentenced 30-year old Julius Pofera, with a K480, 000 fine or in default to serve 21 months in jail for driving an unfit vehicle and without a driver’s licence.

According to the police prosecutor Bartholomew Adzaonenji, the Court heard that the Julius Pofera on July 3, this year, at Area 36 depot, was driving a minibus. Continue reading →
