Walter Nyamilandu for life President at Malawi FA? Retains seat

MANGOCHI-(MaraviPost)-The old same story! Walter Nyamilandu on Saturday retained Malawi Football Association (FAM) presidency post.

Nyamilandu got 23 votes against James Mwenda who had 13 votes.

This follow the election FAM held at the lakeshore district of Mangochi in the sidelines of the soccer body’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This is despite some sports commentators for Nyamilandu to pave away for others to run Malawi’s football after fourteen years on mantle.

Is this the life president for Nyamilandu to be at FAM when there are many other able soccer pundits who can man the boots?
