LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-Malawi President Peter Mutharika’s personal body guard Norman Chisale is reportedly bought Malawi Police’s Mess land dubiously at Area 3 in the capital Lilongwe.

Eventually, Chisale has built the mansion on the land for for his Ex wife Everlister Chisale who happens to be A Commissioner of Police -Region based at Area 3.

The Maravi Post understands that house was built within a month but on Police Officer’s Mess land in Area 3 which was dubiously sold to Chisale.

Surprisingly, Acting Inspector General of Police Mwapasa is quite on the matter of selling Police land to Chisale.

This is happening the time many poor Malawians have no place/land to call home when those in power are grabbing government land for their own selfish motives.

It was the same issue at Livimbo Primary School where some Civil Society Organisation (CSO’s) had to come in.

Later government rushed and demolished warehouses at Livimbo when the land issue was unmasked but why is this Chisale House not being demolished?

Sources told this publication Chisale has grown unimaginable wings to plunder public resources for personal en-richness.

“We peace loving Malawians, are giving those in authority five days to also demolish this house failing which we will do it ourselves,” demanded concerned citizen in Lilongwe.

Effort from both Chisale and Malawi Police authorities proved futile on the matter.

The Maravi Post is yet to establish how much did Chisale dubiously buy the land
